Freeservers, my old web host, was quite awful. To give you an idea of the intelligence they have, here are some e-mail excerpts of me asking them for help.

Dear Kevin Bondalapati,

Some browsers will cache information and Web sites that you have previously viewed. You can release all cached versions by following the instructions below pertaining to your browser. If you are using Microsoft Explorer, hold down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on "Refresh."  You can also clear all the temporary files by opening these tabs: go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > Temporary Internet Files and "Delete Files." If you are using Netscape Navigator, hold down the "Shift" key while clicking on "Reload."  You can also clear all the temporary files by opening these tabs:  go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Advanced" > "Cache" > "Clear Memory Cache" and "Clear Disk Cache." When I am in the File manager, I chose HTML edit for a page that I want to work on. Using a web page builder offline, I copy and paste the HTML in the HTML edit for the particular pages. Then I click to save the changes. However, when I access my website, none of the changes have been made. I have been having this problem for about a month and beforehand, there were no problems. What should I do?

Hi, I sent the following question to you about a week ago:

" When I am in the File manager, I chose HTML edit for a page that I want to work on. Using a web page builder offline, I copy and paste the HTML in the HTML edit for the particular pages. Then I click to save the changes. However, when I access my website, none of the changes have been made. I have been having this problem for about a month and beforehand, there were no problems. What should I do?"

The response from freeservers didn't really address my problem:

"Some browsers will cache information and Web sites that you have previously viewed. You can release all cached versions by following the instructions below pertaining to your browser. If you are using Microsoft Explorer, hold down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on "Refresh." You can also clear all the temporary files by opening these tabs: go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > Temporary Internet Files and "Delete Files."  The HTML editor doesn't save any changes after I click save. Can you help?

I told them that what their solution didn't help and I needed another idea.  They gave me the exact same answer word for word...  This is why I no longer host my site there.
